Brian W. - Owner
Brian, the owner, has over 16 years of experience in the spa business. He has worked in almost every aspect of the hot tub business. This includes manufacturing, installation, sales, and service. His well-rounded understanding of the hot tubs helps him manage his teams and he eagerly shares his knowledge base with them.
Brian knows the importance of the customer experience and he strives to make sure the teams are focused on creating an exceptional experience for each customer. Serving the Northwest with three stores, Brian believes that the key to success is providing service that goes beyond a client’s expectation…before, during, and long after the purchase of a spa.
Brian is a family man. He enjoys spending time outdoors with the family and taking advantage of all the recreational activities. As seasoned travelers, the family enjoys venturing around the world, exploring the majestic beauty and culture of far off lands. Whether skiing, camping, or traveling, at the end of a fun day of activities they all enjoy relaxing in their spa.
Trevor S. - Helena
Trevor’s commitment to service started long before he entered the spa industry; he began learning the ropes of business at age 14 within his family’s company. Since selling his first unit in 2007, he has dedicated nearly two decades to mastering the hot tub and swim spa industry. Today, Trevor focuses on delivering a seamless, premium experience, utilizing Jacuzzi® innovation to help clients elevate their home wellness. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him making the most of the Montana lifestyle with his family and close friends.
BREEZY K. - Missoula
Breezy is a Montana native who has called Missoula home for more than 20 years. She has been part of the Spas of Montana team for five years, bringing a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping people. She enjoys working for a locally owned business and values the relationships she builds with customers in the community.
As the Office Administrator, Breezy is the main point of contact for scheduling, service, parts, and warranty needs. She also assists customers who are exploring the purchase of a new hot tub. Known for her reliability and attention to detail, Breezy takes pride in providing excellent service and ensuring every customer’s needs are followed through.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and exploring the outdoors.
Brian O. - Missoula
Brian is entering his seventh year with Spas of Montana and continues to excel at providing exceptional customer experiences. It helps that Brian is a firm believer in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of owning a hot tub. Brian enjoys the positive customer interactions and the satisfaction that comes with helping people find the perfect hot tub for them. It does not hurt that he makes new friends and gets to reconnect with his hometown community. In his spare time, Brian puts his creative graphic design talents to use creating wearable art. In particular, he has a focus on sustainable clothing. You might see him in of his original garments mountain biking, golfing or working with a local non-profit.
