Brian W. - Owner

Brian, the owner, has over 16 years of experience in the spa business. He has worked in almost every aspect of the hot tub business. This includes manufacturing, installation, sales, and service. His well-rounded understanding of the hot tubs helps him manage his teams and he eagerly shares his knowledge base with them.

Brian knows the importance of the customer experience and he strives to make sure the teams are focused on creating an exceptional experience for each customer. Serving the Northwest with three stores, Brian believes that the key to success is providing service that goes beyond a client’s expectation…before, during, and long after the purchase of a spa.

Brian is a family man. He enjoys spending time outdoors with the family and taking advantage of all the recreational activities. As seasoned travelers, the family enjoys venturing around the world, exploring the majestic beauty and culture of far off lands. Whether skiing, camping, or traveling, at the end of a fun day of activities they all enjoy relaxing in their spa.

Trevor S. - Helena

Trevor has over 14 years of experience selling and servicing clients in the hot tub industry. He is not new to the service industry having started as a 14-year-old helping his parents with their video store operations. Now his focus in service is about making a great experience for customers buying a hot tub or swim spa. He enjoys the ever-changing environment in the hot tub business that comes from working for an innovative company like Dimension One. In turn, he gets to deliver something to a customer that they will enjoy immensely. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys all things power sports. From the mountains to the lakeside, Trevor is a true outdoorsman from Montana.

Brian O. - Missoula

Brian is entering his second year with Spas of Montana and continues to excel at providing exceptional customer experiences. It helps that Brian is a firm believer in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of owning a hot tub. Brian enjoys the positive customer interactions and the satisfaction that comes with helping people find the perfect hot tub for them. It does not hurt that he makes new friends and gets to reconnect with his hometown community. In his spare time, Brian puts his creative graphic design talents to use creating wearable art. In particular, he has a focus on sustainable clothing. You might see him in of his original garments mountain biking, golfing or working with a local non-profit.

BrEEZY K. - Missoula

Breezy was born and raised in Montana and has been in Missoula for over 20 years. She has been with Spas of Montana for 3.5 years and has always been in customer service roles. Breezy truly loves working for a business that is not a corporation and getting to meet and work with locals. Overall, her role at Spas of Montana is the Office Administrator. She is the point of contact for all scheduling, parts, warranty and service inquiries. Breezy is qualified to assist with customers looking for a new hot tub too. She takes pride in her customer service and follow-through is very important to her. In her spare time, she spends a lot of time with family, crafting, camping and hanging out with her two kitties.
