I would highly recommend Spas Of Montana
To anyone looking for reputable company that stands behind the products they make available to the local community! I have owned 4 spas since 1994. All tubs were imperfect in some manner and we found that by sharing our past experience with Brian and his team at Spas of Montana they were able to match our family to the best dimension spa that would serve our purposes. Our “new” tub was a blem- imperfect color mark 1/8 of an inch in length ( CANT SEE IT!!!!). It arrived on site with issues/ Spas of Montana replaced components immediately/they have continued to provide assistance when dealing with techno issues easily over the phone- never making excuses; only finding solutions! My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased – Brian and his crew are top drawer. He could’ve sold me the same tub for twice the money- not pushy or looking to take advantage of current, future, or past clients……………Thank You Spas Of Montana – and Brian!

I bought my tub 2 years ago, and it has been perfect!
The sales team was great, and the installation done seamlessly. Recently, we discovered that a power outage happened that impacted the tub, and the 10 degrees below zero that then happened caused one of the pipes to freeze. Tim, our excellent service man from Spas of Montana, did an emergency call and saved my hot tub from totally dying in the upcoming 9 degree weather. Brian at the store helped me with this, and he and Tim are true examples of just how first-class Spas of Montana is! Bravo, bravo! Thanks again a million!!!

Our experience from the moment we decided to take a look at hot tubs to the moment we had it delivered was amazing! Every employee we dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. The tubs are actually more affordable than we thought! From shipping to delivery to warranty, the price was so reasonable! We have a very steep driveway and a sloped yard that they had to come down and the delivery guys weren’t even dazed. They got our tub in place and setup so fast! We look forward to passing on business and dealing with Spas of Montana in the Future!

The price was right and we purchased a Dimension One Meridian and love it. They installed the spa and took the old one away. Had everything running in a short period of time. Brian also helped me purchase a spa cover for my daughter in Post Falls ID
